
Enter the “Calm Cascade” of Restorative Yoga. We’ll begin with prānāyāma (breath work) and gentle stretches and movement to quiet the mind and body before settling into 3-4 Restorative poses. We’ll end with a long śavāsana, occasionally accompanied by crystal singing bowls, to deepen relaxation and promote peace within.
